SHiFT informed us about this orphanage, Home for Orphan Students. This is established by two orphans who secured a good position in the society after growing up as orphans in an orphanage.

This orphanage houses male students from 8th class to Degree. There are 30 students. The students are so good. They do everything on their own. They help the people in the neighbourhood. Some students conduct tuitions as well to earn pocket money.

On July 24th, myself with my parents, Sowmya, Raja of SHiFT and one more volunteer from SHiFT, visited this orphanage. They requested us for text books. We asked them to prepare a list and approach us.

SHiFT provided them 25 Plastic Mats and Water Filter on 7th August, 2005. They gave the list to Ratanji and Ratanji gave it to Chandrasekhar Bommisetty. Chandrasekhar volunteered with the local shops, bought the books and we send them through Ratanji itself. Few books were collected by one of the boys from Orphanage, later
