we see lot of enquiries, Peddi family is reaching out so many people across the world (all NRI websites and contacts). they are still seeking money which is really unreasonable. Harinath has moved to USA and his US contact number is 408 909 4111.

Mohana's family confirmed that she is now into 5th year (House surgeon) and she no longer needs any financial aid. They will be paying back the interest free financial aid provided (total of approx INR 2.3L) as per their convenience.
Mohana's parents started repaying the amount which they have taken from TMAD (not a regular recurring payments yet)
26-06-2014: Repaid Rs 2000
09-05-2014: Repaid Rs2000
02-04-2014: Repaid Rs 2000
20-01-2014: Repaid Rs 3000
19-04-2014 : Mohana's parents have been approaching multiple sources for help. Recently Mr. P.J Mani garu (A prominent person in the Telugu community in Oman) has organized a drive to help and could contribute INR 115801/-. This money is routed through TMAD (cheque's and DDs are sent to TMAD which are dispatched to Mohana's parents). TMAD facilitated this transaction. This amount is given as "interest free loan" to the beneficiaries and when the money comes back to TMAD account, will be used as per the advise of Mr. P.J Mani garu for the cases taken up by TMAD.
They are approaching many people and hence, if you are planning to help Mohana lakshmi for her MBBS (she is supposed to be in her 5th year of MBBS), please do reach us (contact Mr. Harinath (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. / Mobile : +91 9391920444 ) just to make sure we are not helping them with more amount than they really need.
Mohana may not need any additional support at this point of time. Also they are reaching so many telugu associations for help. So if you have helped or planning to help them, please do share the information with Mr. Harinath about it so that we are aware of it.
As we understanding Mohana is repeating her MBBS 4th year instead of being in 5th year of MBBS. As per parents she had sufferred from illness resulting in failing all subjects in 4th year.

History of the Needy:
Mrs Venkata ramana, M.A (M.Phil), Mr. Ramesh Peddi, M.A (B.L) are well educated and have been in teaching industry. Mr. Ramesh lost his private lecturer job in 2009 and has been running tuitions since then. Mrs Ramana is vice-principal and history lecturer in V.S.K Degree College in Bhimavaram. Though they have been wokring since 1990 or so, they are not getting good salaries since the colleges they worked for are unaided colleges and the management is paying them less salary (Mrs Ramana's current monthly gross salary is 6300/-).
They have 2 children, elder one is Mohana laxmi and she got 1816 rank in EAMCET for medicine. Mohana has 4 years gap between her intermediate and MBBS, becausehe parents couldn't afford the EAMCET long term fee, so she joined in regular B.Sc and after 2 years, she got a fee discount in Sri chaitanya, vijayawada for long term. In her first attempt she scored 8000 rank and then in 2nd attempt she scored 1816 rank that resulted in category A seat.
Though they got category A seat, they are struggling hard to pay the fee for MBBS study of Mohana laxmi.Their usuall annual expenses are around 1 Lakh per year and university fee (55000) is reimbursed by the government.
Recently, they have approached TMAD for assistance, and after verification, decision is made to support her education (4th year and 5th year) as an interest free loan.
