Nagoor is suffering from heart problem and is admitted in Narayana Medical College. The boy's condition was critical. The boy has problem with the valve. Since the patient is a boy, they cannot replace the valve, but they have to repair the valve.

Anil spoke with his brother-in-law, Chief Cardiologist, Krishna in NMC. According to him, it takes time if the operation has to be done at NMC, Nellore. Meanwhile the boy got stomach pain and the mother was anxious to take him to BABY GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, EGMORE, CHENNAI.

We thought of taking the boy to Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore and also Raja garu spoke with Dr. Y.V. Reddy of Vijayawada. But Nagoor's mother insisted on going to Chennai only.
