One of our Bangalore members, Pavan, forwarded a request for help for a three month old baby girl who is an orphan. She needed financial support for the surgery.

Our Chennai member, Arun, spoke with Rajini Devi garu about the girl and visited the Orphanage on 3rd of July. Ms. Rajini Devi explained this requirement and requested Arun to help in serving the cause.

Requirement Details

The KKS urgently requires help to provide Isomil lactose free formula suitable for newborns to six-month-old infants.

At present 12 lactose intolerant infants urgently require this formula.

To cater to the need, they require 4 tins per-day, at 256 rupees per tin.

Our Comment

Our Chennai member, Arun, spoke with Rajini Devi garu over phone and he met her in person when he visited the orphanage. Based on his conversation with Rajini Devi garu, he felt that the orphanage has committed volunteers and is doing great service.

Arun's friends/colleagues immediately responded when they read about the need and came forward to support.
