The purpose of Career Guidance Program is to provide the information to IT/ITES students regarding preparing resumes, written tests and interviews.

While students learn many subjects, proper attention/focus is not given on how to be successful in career.So,TMAD organized a career guidance session for IT graduates who are looking for a career in IT
The first session is being organized in Honeypot IT, A.C guards, Hyderabadwith no admission fee around 15 members attended this session
The session covered the following topics:
- What is Job and Career.
- Planning a career.
- Academics to a successful career -> Transition required(We try to address what is missing in the curriculum)
- Practice -> Aptitude, Programming (C\Java etc).
- Read the reference books for Technical aspects.
- SDLC (Software development lifecycle).
- HR perspective: Preparing resume, preparing for GD/Interview.
