History: Doctors diagnosed Kidney failure one year ago and consulted multiple doctors for alternate treatment other than operation. Before operation they have undergone Dialysis 4 times weekly for 3 months. His mother donated her kidney for operation on 3rd March, 2017. Vedantha hospital reduced operation expenses  to Rs. 4.2L as they are not affordable. His colleagues donated Rs 1L and paid the rest of the amount by taking Credit from his neighbors/relatives which has to be paid soon. He needs to visit Doctor twice/thrice a week and Dr prescribe tests and medicines based on this condition so they are residing in Guntur (near to the hospital) currently. 

Help required: for post operation medicines and Urine/Blood tests which costs around Rs. 22k per month

Eligibility to get support from TMAD: They don't have any assets at their village, was residing in the house given by the company where his father works. As his mother is the Donor, his father is taking for of the patient and his mother and not going for job now. They are managing daily food, medicines, tests, miscellaneous expenses with the support of the Credited money. They already took credit around Rs 3.5L for operation and now it became very difficult to manage expenses. There is no other source for them to get support now. Dr told him that he can go for job after 1yr so till that time he needs support. He was earning Rs. 3L per annum earlier.
