06-Mar-2021: He was discharged today and advised medicines. Dr suggested to visit again after one month, expecting some improvement through medication within a month.
05-Mar-2021: This afternoon around 2PM treatment cum Colonoscopy process completed successfully. Then Dr said like you came for treatment right time if you delayed more days the situation might be worst; now we can clear this problem by taking medication for few months. Expecting medicines around 6k per month.
Expenses: Rs 40,000 sponsored by TMAD group fund (Total expenses is around 80k)
04-Mar-2021: Patient admitted as in patient for the treatment at 7AM. Drs said like today we will give only fluids to clear stomach then will start treatment (Colonoscopy) tomorrow early hours.
03-Mar-2021: They went to hospital after getting the call from hospital, then met all the relevant department Drs like Nephrology, Neurology, Anesthesia, Cardiology, Gastroenterology then took fitness confirmation to continue the treatment and completed all other formalities.
01-Mar-2021: Patient visited hospital ( Apollo, Vanagaram, Chennai) for consultation. They met Cardiology Dr who treated earlier, did few tests as referred by Dr including Covid. Post reports results Dr will call them for admission.

About Problem: 10 yrs back he had Heart operation in Chennai Apollo. He was working in Ntv hyd as a reporter, post operation due to health conditions left reporter job and moved to Nellore. He was doing Porohityam (Pujari, basically Brahmins). Past one year his health condition is not good, currently whatever he eats it's coming out within few minutes. Dr suggested for minor operation which costs around 2 lakhs. They have one own house (very old) in Ranganayakulapeta, Nellore. His wife is doing tailoring at home. They have 2 girl children ( going to school). Monthly medicine they are spending around 11K (after 20% discount). They don't have Aarogya sri card. Needy would like to give back the amount once they sold their house / giving it to development.
