31-01-2013: Mahesh father called us, told he need some money for medicines as the boy fell down in his home and got pain in his head.

16-01-2013: He visited the Hospital for Check up where he is advised, the child has to go undergo initial screening i;e Pediatric Screening Echo test which costs around Rs 1000 but as he meet a known person in the hospital the cost of the test is reduced to Rs 540    

    After the tests Dr said the boy is alright and asked us to come for the test after one year.

14-01-2013: mahesh father called and said they are coming for the post operation yearly checkup. Dr Suresh garu asked mahesh father to meet Dr Nageswara rao garu as he is not available in the Hospital for one month. 

1-11-2011: Mahesh visited Care hospital for check up. Doctor advised few medicines and confirmed that his health is very good.

27-01-2011: Mahesh and his parents visited CARE Hospitals by 10AM for regular checkup (which has to be done in the period of 3 months from operation). Our volunteer Shilpa talked to Suresh Garu (Physician Assistant, CARE Hospitals) and explained him about the financial situation of Mahesh's parents for this visit and requested him for concession in tests.

Doctor suggested to go for some tests like X-Ray, ECG, etc. Mr. Suresh has followed up and made all the tests done for free. Also no consultation fee taken from them. They met Dr. Jagannath garu (Surgeon) and he has done the required tests to baby Mahesh and informed that the Baby has been recovered completely and is healthy now. Doctor informed them to come for the next check-up after one Year (from the date of operation).

15-12-2010: Baby came to hospital for checkup and his condition is very good

25-10-2010: Mahesh and their parents came for the follow up. According to the doctors, the boy is doing well and advised them to come for checkup after 6 weeks.

Mahesh father informed us that, the doctors told that till one year surgical doctor’s consultation (check up) will be free according to the Arogya Sri scheme but investigations have to be paid like echocardiogram.

18-10-2010: The baby got discharged after a week being in hospital under medical care after operation. The condition is good now and also they advised them to come after one week to have assessment.

12-10-2010: Hemanth called Suresh garu, Physician Assistant and Arogaya Sri team from Care. He talked with Dr. Jagannadha Rao garu, Chief Pediatric surgeon and the doctor informed that the operation went good, patient condition is stable and it takes a week time to discharge him.

09-10-2010: The boy admitted at hospital for operation

08-10-2010: Mahesh’s father got call saying that the boy needs to join on 9 ^th October

03-10-2010: Suresh, Arogya Sri scheme team from Care, Banjara hospitals informed me on phone that Mahesh case has been approved for Arogya Sri scheme and they have to bring the kid tomorrow i.e. Monday for pre-operative investigations which will decide surgical fitness of the kid. If cleared, he will be admitted and soon operated. Hemanth informed about it to Mahesh’s parents.

27-09-2010: Mahesh’s father Srinivas called Aarogya Sri Team. As the baby file was not ready, they did not discuss the same in Saturday (25-09-10) meeting. They asked Srinivas to call on coming Saturday for status.

20-09-2010: Our volunteer took the boy to Care Banjara hills and consulted Dr. Nageswar rao Garu. He told to go for radiological investigations and advised to go for the operation.
His opinion based on the reports was that the hole is large and there is no point for waiting up to 3years as it is better to do it now. Hemanth has been shown the defect in cardiac ultrasound i.e echo.
He then asked the parents of the child to go for the surgeon consultation. As surgeon is too busy with cases being Monday, they fixed the appointment on Saturday and meanwhile Arogyasri volunteers have took the reports to make for further process to apply the scheme.

19-09-2010: Charkradhar garu asked Pavan to bring the baby to hospital on Monday (20-09-2010).

17-09-2010: The details are sent to Chakradhar garu, Smarami Foundation for guidance. Sir asked us to confirm the patient available dates, we checked with patient and informed to sir.

16-09-2010: As Dr is very busy, he could not able to meet the concerned Dr.Dr. Dayanand consulted Pediatric Caridiologist P V Suresh, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore for assessment by showing reports, he advised us to take the opinion of Dr. Nageswara Rao garu at Care Hospital for final assessment.

03-09-2010: Scanned Dr prescriptions, are sent to Dr.Dayanand, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore for assessment.

01-09-2010: Dr Prescriptions sent to Pavan Pyda by Srinivas (Mahesh’s father)

30-08-2010: We took the boy to Narayana Hrudayalaya Malla Reddy Hospitals, Hyderabad for preliminary tests. Tests are done at free of cost under Aarogya Sri Scheme. Dr. RamaKrishna said that the baby needs to wait till he gets 3yrs of age, not suggested any medicines and asked to consult Pediatrician whenever baby gets fever. He also asked us to check with Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore.
