TMAD has been distributing Blankets to the needy in Winter for the past many years. We ordered blankets from the same vendor, Swastik Enterprises, whom our volunteer, Ratan Kumar Singh, introduced to us years ago. We got each blanket for 140 rs.

We purchased a total number of 212 blankets, 112 in first spell and 100 in second spell.

The cost of commute from Vendor and to MNJ Hospital for the first spell is borne by our volunteers, John Rajesh Battu and Sreekanth Anne respectively.  So the cost incurred for the first time for 112 blankets is:  Rs. 15680.  The cost incurred for the second spell for 100 blankets is Rs. 14200 (200 rs. is the commute cost paid to vendor).

The amount collected for first spell is 15700 rs. and for second spell is 14240 rs.
