Details:

Raja garu and his friends supported Raju, a visually challenged student, financially for his studies. He is pursuing B.Ed. in social studies in Atmakur and as he is very very poor, he could not pay the mess fees. For college fee, donors helped.

It costs Rs. 1000 towards mess charges. He has to pay from July or August. B.Ed. Course duration is 1 year. The authorities asked him to leave the hostel as he is due for 3 months. They are trying to approach few generous people in Nellore and in Atmakur as well.

We requested Ramakrishna garu to pay the amount initially. Ramakrishna garu spoke with Smt. Dornadula Subbamma, a writer and a social activist and she also runs an old age home in Atmakur. She responded positively and she made necessary arrangement for the rest of the academic year.

Subbamma garu informed us that the person didn't pay the college fee as well. It seems Rs. 3500 is the college fee and he paid Rs. 1000 (or they have given concession of 1000 rs -- not sure). He had to pay Rs. 2500 towards college fee and also 5 months mess bill @1000/month.

We paid Rs. 3000 and Subbamma garu arranged Rs. 5000 locally.
