History of the Needy: Akhilesh studying inter 1st yr and Narayana college, having 75% score in 10th. His mother is in unable to pay his last installment fee of Rs.20,000. The college is not allowing him to take the exams which will be starting in about 20 days! His father is unemployed and is not co-operative to him/his mother. His mother is trying her level best to pool the money.
